中华国民共和国财政部公告2020年第44号
依据《彩票治理条例》及本来施细则、《国务院办公厅对于2021年部分节假日布置的通告》（国办发明电〔2020〕27号）等相关划定，现将2021年彩票市场休市布置公告如是：
一、休市时间。春节10天，休市时间为2021年2月9日0:00至2月18日24:00。国庆节4天，休市时间为2021年10月1日0:00至10月4日24:00。
二、休市时期，除即开型彩票外，停止全中国其它各样彩票游戏的出售、开奖和兑奖。详细彩票游戏的开奖、兑奖等时间调度布置，由彩票发行机构、彩票出售机构提早向社会公告。
三、休市时期，即开型彩票的出售运动由彩票出售机构依据彩票发行机构的请求和当地实质概况打算。彩票出售机构要制订周全细致的出售事业方案，确实增强平安治理；要充分尊重彩票代销者的意愿，不得强行请求出售。
四、彩票发行机构、彩票出售机构要妥善保管休市前造成的出售数据，保证数据平安；要充分应用休市间隙对彩票出售体系及设施发展调度和维护，为休市完毕后的彩票出售运动做好准备。
五、彩票发行机构、彩票出售机构要密切关心新冠肺炎疫情概况，严刻执行本地政府及相干部门疫情防控治理划定，确实贯彻主体责任，健全相干治理制度，改善配套应急预案，妥善做好彩票发行出售事业。
